The E Co. chamber podcast – Episode one – Experiences of a development practitioner: Gender in focus
We’re very proud to announce the release of the first episode of our new podcast, The E Co. chamber!
This is a podcast that opens the doors to the world of climate finance and development, and the echo chambers they create. Through the insights and experiences of those of us on the inside, we’ll be heading behind the scenes and unpacking the challenges and opportunities faced on a daily basis, and discussing the trends we observe in the sector.
Our first episode is the first part of a two-part special, focusing on the topic of gender, and experiences of gender mainstreaming and challenges for development practitioners. Joining us in discussion we have E Co. Consultants, Roberta Piacci and Debasmita Boral Rolland. This first episode is hosted by E Co. Head of Marketing, Mariella de Souza-Baker, and also features the insights of several external professionals. We are fortunate to be able to present ideas and opinions from Inka Schomer, Senior Gender and Infrastructure Consultant at IFC and Director of Distill Inclusion, and Silvia Emili, Portfolio Lead at Value for Women.
You can listen to this first episode on Spotify below.
