Question: What is it like working with E Co. as a contractor?

Our contractors form an extension of our company and support us to deliver deeper thinking and system changes all around the world. E Co. is grateful to have a pool of experts, a network of professionals, who drive ideas forward on climate change projects.

When it comes to working with our contractors, we work collaboratively, deciding what the key tasks and responsibilities are and how and when these will happen. We meet regularly, usually virtually, and check in on progress, and most importantly, the quality of work.

We seek to remove barriers our contractors may face to ensure our work can progress smoothly. This includes making resources available, templates and processes to make things clear. Building good relationships take a mutual investment of time and trust.

At E Co., we consider carefully how we invest in these relationships. We look for repeat projects and our ongoing relationship with trusted colleagues and a sharing of knowledge, of network and wider project-focused opportunities.
